RETURNS


RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days from the date in which your package was delivered to postmark and drop your return in the mail.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in salable condition. 
Please submit your return request via e-mail to hello@stonecoldhawk.com and attach your order confirmation.  We will respond within 48 hours and include a return shipping label and instructions.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. 
We do not cover return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for your return to be received, inspected and processed.  Once your return is processed, the original form of payment will be credited less return shipping charges.
For items purchased through a different retailer, please contact the retailer directly. We cannot process returns on their behalf.   
EXCHANGE POLICY
Like most online shops, we cannot coordinate exchanges.  Instead, please return the item per the above return policy and make a separate purchase for your new item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Gift cards, sale and custom items cannot be returned.
CANCELATION POLICY
To request an order cancellation, please email us ASAP at hello@stonecoldhawk.com and attach your order confirmation.  Cancellations requested 24+ hours after order placement may not be accepted pending production or shipping status.
