Stone Cold Hawk jewelry is made with love in our California studio. In stock items will ship within 1 - 2 business weeks. Should you need order processing expedited please email hello@stonecoldhawk.com and we will attempt to accommodate accordingly
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or US bank observed holidays.
SHIPPING (DOMESTIC*)
Items ordered together will ship together in one package once all pieces are ready.
Should you need your order expedited, or if you would like separate packaging for each item ordered, please email hello@stonecoldhawk.com and we will attempt to accommodate accordingly.
Domestic orders (excluding Puerto Rico*) include complimentary shipping via USPS Priority Express. You will be notified via e-mail with tracking information upon shipment.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or stolen we will verify that we shipped to the address specified at order checkout and issue a claim with the carrier. Before we process a replacement or refund, you may need to wait up to 8 weeks for the claim to be resolved. Please let us know about any missing or lost packages within 10 days of the estimated delivery date per the tracking information or the right to issue a claim will be forfeited. A claim does not guarantee reimbursement.
SHIPMENT REROUTING
Unfortunately we cannot modify the destination address after the package has shipped.
